  • Comment: This could either go to Tulip (skyscraper) or Tulip (tower) for now, depending on whether a visitor-only attraction counts towards habitable space. There are no offices or residential rooms. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 21:54, 20 November 2018 (UTC)

The Tulip is a proposed observation tower to be constructed adjacent to 30 St Mary Axe in London, England.[1] A planning application was submitted to the City of London planning authority on the 19 November 2018.[2] The tower will be a visitor attraction without any office space.[1] The building's architects Foster + Partners said it is intended to complement the Gherkin, which is owned and designed by the same team.[3]
