Johny Anfone (Thai: จอนนี่ แอนโฟเน่; born 28 October 1969) is a Thai actor, host and singer.
Early life
Johnny is the son of Rene Anfone, a Filipino musician, and Laongtip Puboon. He graduated from Assumption College Sriracha.[1]
Career
Anfone was discovered at 15. Still in school at Saint Dominic's, one of the school's ads caught the eye of Nakorn Vejsupaporn, the guitarist and lead for the Thai band Grand Ex'. Nakorn learn that Anfone's family lived in the same village, and offered Johnny a spot in his band. Anfone served as a keyboardist and a backing vocalist for Grand Ex' for 3 years, helping release the album Khuatlo.
He then joined Kantana, a popular film and television company in Thailand, to act in his first drama, Miti Muet. Since then, he's made appearances in more than 60 other dramas and movies.[2]
Personal life
He married Jariya Anfone. He has 3 sons: Jirayu (Jame), Jompak (Jamemy), and Jarichaya (Gene).[3][4]
