Conference tournament winner

The 2019 Big Sky Conference Men's Basketball Tournament is the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Big Sky Conference. The tournament is being held from March 13–16, 2019 at the CenturyLink Arena in Boise, Idaho. The winner will receive the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Seeds

Teams were seeded by conference record, with a tiebreaker system used to seed teams with identical conference records. The top five teams received a first round bye. Montana and Northern Colorado have clinched byes while Southern Utah, Sacramento State, Northern Arizona, Idaho State and Idaho will all play in the first round.
