origins as proof of concept

Deleted marketing slogan

I deleted this sentence that was in the first paragraph:

BBEdit is marketed under the trademark slogan, "It doesn't suck."


Why should an encyclopedia care what a product's marketing slogans are? It makes the whole thing feel like an advertisement. Unless it's an article about marketing, or a product that might not be recognized without a famous slogan... but neither of those appears to be the case here.

Pictures in infobox

The app icon and screenshot that are shown in the infobox are quite outdated? Could someone please update them? 178.83.233.148 (talk) 14:26, 22 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
