Amber Lynn

The reason I removed the info about Things is because none of it was sourced. Reading it over again I see that a lot of it doesn't really have much to do with Lynn but with the film itself and should therefore go on the article for the film. Also, there are five paragraphs about a single film appearance. It wasn't even some Hollywood blockbuster, it was a B-movie. Then there are the statements like "...has since become one of the biggest cult films in Canadian history..." Who says it's the biggest? Any source for that? By whose standards is it the biggest? Also, "...Amber Lynns legendary mainstream performance in the film..." Who said it was legendary? Are they noted movie critics? Or just some guys who put up a web site?

Those are my problems with the material. Basically, it's unsourced, contains weasel words, and makes much ado about a very small movie. Dismas|(talk) 21:42, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site.
