Annette Jacky Messomo (born 1 March 1993) is a Cameroonian/Equatoguinean footballer who plays as a midfielder.

Career

Club

Messomo started her professional career for Louves Minproff Yaoundé[1] and played later, for Slovakian club FC Union Nové Zámky, Serbian side ŽFK Spartak Subotica and in Germany for Karlsruher SC and FC Speyer 09[2], before joined Kazak champion BIIK Kazygurt.

International

In 2016, she began to play for the Equatorial Guinea women's national team. After playing in the 2018 qualifiers there was some concern if she really is eligible for Equatorial Guinea.[3][4]

In September 2018, CAF declared her ineligible to play for Equatorial Guinea, but that decision was later overruled by the Appeal Board of CAF.[5]
