The article contains a statement that this painting was reproduced as a mural in one of Saddam Hussein's palaces. The cited reference seems to back this up with a short text and a photo. There is no mention of this at other places using Google search and image search and the photo is low-quality and has signs of editing. There is also a much higher quality photo, with more information available, of the exact same place that strongly contradicts the cited reference, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Saddam_Mural_at_the_Victory_Over_America_Palace.jpg .
