Fish Tycoon is a simulation game and tycoon game developed by Last Day of Work. In the game, players can breed and care for hundreds of different kinds of exotic fish in a real-time virtual aquarium, while trying to discover the ultimate objective: have the 7 Magic Fish. The game is available online, through a demo, or bought and downloaded from the company's site.
Players start with only a small selection of fish, some money, and a fish tank. Money is earned by selling fish, with which additional supplies, medicine, and special chemicals are available to buy, along with the options of researching environments, food, and advertisement for your fish shop. Although the game runs in real time, it can be paused - normally the life in the aquarium(s) runs even when you exit the game or turn off your computer.
