Cooking Time

I have cooked kamut hundreds of times, and it doesn't require hours of simmering. It requires about an hour here in Denver, and probably less in lower altitudes.


I think it is better to use the official name QK-77 for this article, as Kamut (even as it is derived from Ancient Egytian) is only an artificial marketing name being used. --Ylai 09:11, 23 Feb 2005 (UTC)
