Room temperature semiconductor memory cells

Shouldn't we have an article on Room temperature semiconductor memory cell ? It seems a very promosing technology with many advantages (low power consumption, and simplification of amount of different types of memory needed in a pc), see the paper here. See also this article. I finally got around to replacing those dead links I marked a while back. It took me too many edits / undos / redos to do it the proper way but we now have no dead links in the article. Kc7txm (talk) 22:16, 8 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
