I chose the name Zirah36 based off of my love for Good Omens fandom. The TV miniseries of Good Omens has created a renewed interest in the fandom, leading to a sustained burst of increased fanfiction. This can be observed on popular sites such as AO3, with currently over 21,000 stories posted in the Good Omens fandom. 'Zirah' is a common fan nickname for the angel Aziraphale, who along with the demon Crowley are at the emotional core of the story. [1]Fans often identify with either the angel or the demon, and I identify more with the angel Aziraphale, which is why I choose a variation on his name for my username. My personal name is Hilary Major.
I am also a student in the Master of Biological Sciences at the University of Minnesota, at the College of Continuing And Professional Studies. My focus is on Environmental Science, and I've created this Wiki account for my Biogeochemistry class.
