Add infoboxes to all of the oblast' articles- List raions for each oblast' page (some info at [1], see also: Raions of Ukraine).
Add some stats to the infobox page.Retire Regions of Ukraine; delete or update all links to it (including links from non-English wikis). Administrative divisions of Ukraine can completely replace it now.- Reorganize raion article (List of raions in Ukraine by subdivision and Raions of Ukraine)probably into one article.
