hmwith's rfa criteria

Adminship, to me, really is "no big deal". Unless I see something that completely throws me off, I will support. You will never catch me oppose for "no need for the tools", "we don't need any more admins", etc.

However, there are several reasons for which I may oppose an RfA, such as a history of being hot-headed or uncivil or an lack of understanding of Wikipedia's policies. Being "new" or not having a certain number of edits does not mean an editor is inexperienced, though, and I judge based on the user's apparent level of clue.
