Patton was born in Bendigo on 1/1/1960 to Patton and wife. He was educated at before attending.

Policing career

Patton graduated from the Victoria Police Academy in 1978

Honours and awards

Australian Police Medal (APM) 26 January 2015 Australia Day Honours. For service to Victoria Police particularly for his leadership and innovation in the area of emergency management.
