While the topic is likely to be notable (0.9 probability) the article at time of nomination is devoid of references, though there is a note to a learned paper. One of our major principles is verification, and this is unverified. While acknowledging that AfD is not a cleanup that is often a by-product of AfD. For me references will save the article.
