Delete - Looks like the venture never got off the ground. Kentucky business search shows they filed for an LLC in 2009 but never renewed it. One guy drove on it and posted a youtube video of him driving it. Their Facebook page hasn't been posted on since mid-2009, and the comments mention they ran out of money.
