Kadaif are a type of thin "Turkish Noodles" made from flour and water only that is poured through a sieve into a hot Metal cooking tray that rotates while cooking. Cooking time is very short and today there are even machines that prepare these noodles automatically without "Human hand contact". These noodles are mainly used to make Middle Eastern Desserts and other dishes around the Mediterranean and rarely also savory and even meat dishes. Among the dishes that contain these noodles you can find famous dishes such as: "Kanafeh cake", and "baklava cookies".
