Gabriel Guarda (born Fernando Guarda Geywitz; 1928 in Valdivia - Santiago, Chile, 23 de octubre de 2020[1]), is a Chilean historian and architect.[2] He studied architecture at the Catholic University of Chile.[2] He was part of the editorial committee of the journal Historia after it was established in 1961.[3] In 1984 he received the Chilean National History Award.[2]
