I.L. Hødd is a football club from the small town of Ulsteinvik in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. They are currently playing in group 2 of the second division in Norway, but played in the Premier League in 1966, 1969-72 and 1995. The team was relegated from Norwegian First Division in 2006.

The club plays at Høddvoll stadium (capacity 8.000).
