Michael Bach is an author and diversity and inclusion subject matter expert who wrote the book Birds of All Feathers: Doing Diversity and Inclusion Right.[1][2][3] He is the founder and CEO of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion.[4][5]

Birds of All Feathers achieved best-seller status according to the Globe and Mail and Toronto Star.[6][7]
