Newcastle United

[edit]

de Bolle joined Newcastle United in 2015. He made his under-23s bow in December 2019 at the age of 17 in a Premier League 2 clash against Reading in the 2019/20 campaign. He is described on the club website as a creative midfielder and is quoted on the club website as, "shone in last year's run to the quarter-finals of the FA Youth Cup, where the Magpies lost to eventual winners Aston Villa. He was also a member of Academy squads which won the Salt Mine Under-15 Cup in Wieliczka, Poland, in May 2018, and the Challenge Gerard Neuville in Montereau, Paris, in 2017." He was named on the bench for the 1st team squad for the first time on 3 February 2022.[3]

Hamilton Academical (loan)

On 1 September 2022 he was announced as having signed a 2 year contract with Newcastle before going on a season long loan in Scotland with Hamilton Academical.[4] He made his debut in senior first team football on 17 September 2022 in the 2-0 home defeat to Queen's Park. De Bolle was a 71st minute substitute for Dario Zanatta.[2]

Aged 19, de Bolle received his 1st call up by Scott Gemmill to the Scots Under 21 squad on 21 March 2022.[5]
