Binə or Tumi (Armenian: Տումի) is a village in the Khojavend Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village was captured during the Nagorno-Karabakh war and was administered as part Hadrut Province in the self-proclaimed Republic of Artsakh. It was recaptured by Azerbaijan during the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war.
