David Winters (born Born, 5, April 1939, London, UK) is a Actor, Dancer, Choreographer, Producer and Director.


David Winters starred as A-Rab - one of the main characters of the West Side Story musical, Winner of 10 Academy Awards, "THE MOST ACCLAIMED MOTION PICTURE OF OUR TIME!"

Winters taught dance to world famous actors, such as Ann-Margret and Raquel Welch. He also choreographed many major films, including five Elvis Presley films and later, Barbra Streisand's A Star Is Born (1976). He became a regular singer/dancer and choreographer on "Hullabaloo" (1965) as well as choreographing and guest-starring in Nancy Sinatra's NBC broadcast special: Movin' with Nancy (1967) (TV), earning his first of many Emmy Nominations.

This catapulted him into television directing and producing and, in all, he has directed and produced over 200 shows, specials and movies, including the award-winning Once Upon a Wheel (1971), starring Paul Newman, and the musical Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1973) (TV) starring Kirk Douglas. For his television work, Winters has won the coveted Peabody Award, the Christopher Award and many Emmy Nominations.
