Everstone Capital Asia is a Singapore-based venture capital firm that specializes in seed stage, early stage, and growth stage investments in India and Southeast Asia[1], focusing on private companies across retail, pharmaceutical, real estate and technology sectors.[2]

History

The company's origin can be traced back to Future Capital, a financial services firm that was established by Sameer Sain in partnership with Future Group in 2006.[3] Sain took over Future Capital’s private equity business in 2009 and teamed up with Atul Kapur, a former Goldman Sachs colleague, to form Everstone Capital.[4]
