Fabrice Taylor is a Toronto journalist who became publisher of the Ottawa edition of Frank, a Canadian satire magazine.

Taylor was born in Edmonton, Alberta in 1968 and is a graduate of the University of Alberta and the journalism program at Ryerson University.

Taylor initially worked at the Toronto Star as an assistant editor for three years before joining The Globe and Mail as a business reporter with Report on Business.

Taylor purchased the Ottawa edition of Frank from its owner and publisher Michael Bate in August 2003 with the help of several anonymous backers. Taylor moved the magazine to Toronto and relaunched it in late 2003 however circulation dropped considerably and the last issue was published on December 3, 2004.

Taylor sold the defunct Ottawa edition of Frank back to Bate in 2005 and it has been relaunched from Ottawa with online issues beginning on September 27 and print issues in late November 2005.

Taylor has reportedly left journalism and has become a market analyst with a securities firm.
