The company outsources their delivery companies and their repair support. Jennifer Sofa is not held liable if your product is broken upon delivery or ruined upon repair. Their customer service representatives are trained by Customer Service manager, Meryl Gair, who is trained by teh executives to lie about their products and offer false promises. If this results in a suit in small claims court, their practice is based on arbitration. Their lawyer comes in and adjourns the case about 5 times extending it to as long as 3 years hoping the plantiff will tire out or miss a court date (therefore rendering the plantiff as forfeiting the suit).
