The Kawuri massacre was a massacre that happened on 26 January 2014 in Kawuri, a village in Konduga Local Government, Borno State located some 37 kilometers southeast of Maiduguri. The final death toll was put at 85.[1][2][3]

The attacks have been blamed on Boko Haram.[4]
