Lalamusa (لالہ موسی) is a town in Gujrat District, in Punjab province, Pakistan. It is geographically located at latitude (32.7 degrees) 32° 42' 0" North of the Equator and longitude (73.96 degrees) 73° 57' 35" East. It lies at an altitude of about 250 meters and has an approximate population of 96,032.

This city is named after a person named Musa, whereas the word Lala means "elder brother". In fact two brothers occupied this area in the early 20th century. Karnana is a big and historical town near Lalamusa.

Lalamusa has some interesting recreational places like Barkat Park, Qasim Park, and Hassan Park. The Local Government Training Academy is situated at Lalamusa.
