Necedah Shrine is a Marian shrine located in Necedah, Juneau County, Wisconsin, in the Diocese of La Crosse. This was put under interdict by the Roman Catholic Church; the church considers the visions of Mrs. Mary Van Hoof of the Blessed Virgin Mary to be false, and Bishop John Patrick Treacy of the Diocese of La Crosse had ordered the Necedah Shrine to be closed in 1950. Bishop Treacy's successors also did the same.
