Paul is currently touring worldwide with The Eric Bibb Band.

Turning Point received favourable reviews including in UK music magazine Melody Maker. Paul’s jazz sessions include Zoot Money, Cleo Laine, Johnny Hawksworth, Billy Ocean, Billy Conolly (2 months tour), Colin Hodgkinson (Back Door), The Spy Who Loved Me (1977 With Paul Buckmaster), Shusha Guppy album (also with Paul Buckmaster). Numerous children’s TV shows (with Brian Rodwell), notably Hit The Note and Play Away, both featuring pianist/MD, Jonathan Cohen. Paul did his first U.S. tour in 1979 with Sniff N The Tears and played on their second album, The Game's Up.[3] During this time, he performed with The Buggles on their hit record ‘Video Killed The Radio Star’ from album “The Age of Plastic” which made it to Number One on the British Pop Charts.

Paul Robinson established a home-studio online recording business, Drummer Online, in 2005. Paul is on the Board of Directors for The Nina Simone Project set up by Crys Ambrust. Paul Robinson is endorsed by Bay Custom Drums, an English company based in France. He currently resides in Cambridgeshire.
