Szałwinek [ʂau̯ˈvinɛk] (German: Schadewinkel) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kwidzyn, within Kwidzyn County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Kwidzyn and 60 km (37 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.

The village has a population of 160.
