== Hypoglycemia ==

I have removed the section on Hypoglycemia in the H's and T's. This had been removed from the 2010 ACLS guidelines. It is still in the PALS guidelines, however. So it may be worthy of a footnote.

Hypoglycemia

I have removed the section on Hypoglycemia in the H's and T's. This had been removed from the 2010 ACLS guidelines. It is still in the PALS guidelines, however. So it may be worthy of a footnote.
