I think "Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein" doesn't refer to a single protein but instead of family of proteins, right? The article title and the way the lead is written sorta infers that there is a single protein called "Insulin-like growth factor-binding protein" [[User:NickCT|NickCT]] ([[User talk:NickCT|talk]]) 15:14, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
