NOTE: I have reverted a non-admin closure and move of this page. Please don't do that! Wait for an admin. There are provisions for non-admin closures in special case; this was not such a case. Oppose. See other entries at the DAB page San Alberto: San Alberto, Cesar, and San Alberto, Costa Rica which has no article. See also San Alberto Department ("an administrative division of the province of Córdoba, Argentina"). Especially considering the uncertainty of translated names for geopolitical entities like districts, departments, counties, cantons, and so on, it is not helpful to readers to omit a qualifier. - There is no other San Alberto District in Wikipedia. It is also never translated as county, canton, department. The San Alberto in Cesar Department is a town or municipality, and AFAIK never translated as district by reliable sources. The one in Costa Rica is AFAIK never translated as district by reliable sources. The departments of Argentina are called departments in Wikipedia throughout and AFAIK never translated as district by reliable sources. Please cite sources for your alternative translations.
