The lady in red is a scary story designed to scar people, little kids mostly. The lady in red can also be a part in music but I don't know a lot about that Lady In RED.

The Ghost of Lower Bay Station

I'm pretty sure that some people have heard of this one. The Ghost of Lower Bay Station tells of a lady dressed in red who appears in Lower Bay Station, which is an abadoned station below Bay Station in Toronto. She appears without legs, hollow where her eyes are, and usually appears for about 30 seconds.
