Champagne Salon is a small producer of critically acclaimed champagnes made in the blanc de blancs style. Salon, along with Delamotte, is part of the Laurent-Perrier group. Eugène Aimé Salon founded the estate in the early 20th century. Grapes used in their champagne are harvested from the commune Le Mesnil sur Oger and from a vineyard owned by Salon in the Côte des Blancs region of Champagne. According to their website, their wines are fermented in stainless steel and allowed to age in the bottle for several years before release.
