Neuweiler Brewing

• Produced Neuweiler Cream Ale
• Originally the Germania Brewery, founded by Benedict Nuding, at
• Nuding Brewing Company purchased by Louis F Neuweiler in 1878 (Phil's grandfather).
• Massive Brewery erected at Front and Gordon Streets in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
• Later became L. F. Neuweiler & Sons Brewery, and finally the Neuweiler Brewing Corporation.
• Phil inherited the brewing company from his father Carl
• The brewery filed for bankruptcy and ultimately closed in 1969.
