:::Hi, [[User:QuackGuru|QuackGuru]]. I've been away for a bit; could you please explain to me what happened at [[Electronic cigarette and e-cigarette liquid marketing]]? It looks like an heavily re-written version of the old [[Marketing of electronic cigarettes]] article, with the name re-scoped to match the content scope. Indeed, all of the titles that redirected to that article seem to redirect to the new article. However, the page has not been renamed; I cannot find the history of the old article anywhere. Juul pronunciation

Hi there. I have undone your edit to add an alternate pronunciation to the lede of Juul. I would recommend that if you wish to insert a pronunciation other than what was the result of the RFC, to initiate a fresh discussion on the talk page to try and get a new consensus. Thanks, Steven Crossin Help resolve disputes! 02:40, 1 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your new article

Hello, QuackGuru. I saw your message at your sandbox and thought I would reply here. I assume the title of the new article is going to be something like “Marketing of electronic cigarettes”? I’m glad you are doing these articles; I have always respected the good work you do here. But as for protection, I can’t protect it pre-emptively; that’s not allowed. We will have to wait and see what the response to it is. I see that the “Electronic cigarette” article has had to be indefinitely semi-protected, but that’s not true of all related articles. “Regulation of electronic cigarettes” and “Usage of electronic cigarettes” have never been protected. So I’ll just suggest that you ping or notify me when the article goes live, and I will watchlist it, and we will see where we go from there. -- MelanieN (talk) 22:50, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You have removed the CDC position from the lead three times now. Next time you do so you may get blocked. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 11:10, 7 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Failed verification?

Why this tag? Which part of this sentence - The American Medical Association and the American Lung Association issued similar warnings.[14][15][failed verification] - is not verified? -- MelanieN (talk) 17:51, 11 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

None of the sources state they issued similar or stronger warning. QuackGuru (talk) 18:56, 11 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
