::: I reverted Summichum and now he reverted me, saying that I should discuss it here. That is not the correct way. You are the one inserting "terrorist" label, though you have been told about NPOV and LABEL, and you have been reverted by two. You should get consensus instead of imposing this. You have also violated 1RR. I will report you if you do not self-revert now. --[[User:IRISZOOM|IRISZOOM]] ([[User talk:IRISZOOM|talk]]) 16:08, 22 February 2014 (UTC)

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 14:31, 13 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hezbollah and NPOV

You have gone searching for sources to support your view. This is wrong, wrong, wrong. How many countries designate it a terrorist organization ? How many don't ? How many sources simply refer to it as Hezbollah without applying a terrorist label ? Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It's voice can't be used to state an opinion as a fact unless there is a consensus in reliable sources, not just the ones you have sampled. This is misuse of the encyclopedia's neutral unattributed voice. Please self-revert and read WP:NPOV. Sean.hoyland - talk 17:50, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks talk, but many countries have offcially declared Hizbulla to be terrorist which includes European Union, USA, Gulf and many more. The USA national terror group lists it as terror organization[] .The European Union designated Hizballah’s military wing as a terrorist organization on 22 July 2013, following the March conviction of a Hizballah member in Cyprus, a July 2012 bus bombing in Bulgaria, and the group’s intervention in Syria.

Yes, but how many countries have not designated them as a terrorist organization ? Ask yourself why is the encyclopedia taking sides on a issue where there is a diversity of views ? The NPOV policy is there to prevent this kind of error. talk|Sean.hoyland]] - talk 18:07, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, talkbut a large part of the civilized world has declared them to be terrorist and silence does not mean approval. Also Hezbulla terrorism is local terrorist organization and hence many other countries know little about it.

I don't know 'civilized world' means. I agree, silence does not mean approval, but it also does not mean agreement with those who do designate the organization as a terrorist organization. Hezbollah is one of the most widely known and notable organizations of it's kind in the world. Sean.hoyland - talk 18:18, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
