Actually, because of Wikipedia's policy of allowing personal information about editors to be kept confidential, administrators can't see what IP addresses are used by an account, and although [[WP:CheckUser|CheckUsers]] can, they are not allowed to do so except under very specific circumstances, which don't apply in this case. I am far from certain that you are not evading a block on an account, but I have decided to give you the benefit of the doubt, and treat it as just a a case of edit-warring, and so I have reduced the block length to 48 hours from now. I am leaving your unblock request open, but if you are willing to accept that reduced block as a response to your request for a reduction of time, it will be helpful if you can remove the request, to save administrators from spending their time reviewing it. Alternatively, any administrator is welcome to either close the unblock request in any way they see fit, without consulting me. I have explicitly identified myself with two previous IPs in the interest of <i>not</i> creating the false appearance of consensus. I have never attempted to hide anything. I certainly hope that an admin does take a look at those talk pages, because being blocked for not being aware of Wiki norms while you get away with attacking me personally and not addressing my arguments is very frustrating.
