Your change to War crimes during the final stages of the Sri Lankan Civil War

I have reverted your change of title from "War crimes during the final stages of the Sri Lankan Civil War" to "Eelam Tamil Genocide," along with changes to the infobox and first paragraph. I did so because you made these changes without consulting the talk page first and getting a consensus from the users, which is the proper procedure for such large (and in this case, controversial) modifications.
