Per: ANI:Proposal to move on and community consensus, I am considering unblocking vandal-only indef blocked account Pjc747 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log), who is claiming on SPI ( [[1]] ) that the account was hijacked in 2010 and they created new account Spartan7W (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log) shortly after, not realizing they should have dealt with the block then. They seem to not have done anything abusive, the ANI discussion is unanimous support to Ignore All Rules and just let them back on.

As blocking admin, we're supposed to notify you and discuss it with you, etc.

If you object, please say something in the next 12-ish hours; if you object later we can revisit, but I intend to unblock tomorrow morning-ish.
