You don't know me but I had my share of run ins with people who are depressed online and even someone who genuinely thought they were possessed by a demon, it is clear that you are looking for attention here or else you would not have posted more on your user-page here. Anyways, my advice would be to turn to music I know artists like Enya are soothing. Also if you think you have it bad there are plenty of others who have it much worse I have also seen that.
