Nomination of Ulipur.com for deletion

Recent changes

• We are now serving 1% of all global user traffic from Kubernetes (you can read more technical details). We are planning to increment this percentage regularly. You can follow the progress of this work.

Changes later this week

• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 18 July. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 19 July. It will be on all wikis from 20 July (calendar).
• MediaWiki system messages will now look for available local fallbacks, instead of always using the default fallback defined by software. This means wikis no longer need to override each language on the fallback chain separately. For example, English Wikipedia doesn't have to create en-ca and en-gb subpages with a transclusion of the base pages anymore. This makes it easier to maintain local overrides. [1]
• The action=growthsetmentorstatus API will be deprecated with the new MediaWiki version. Bots or scripts calling that API should use the action=growthmanagementorlist API now. [2]

Requested unsalting

I'm requesting the page Jack Massey Welsh to be unsalted.

Reason: The page was protected due to recurrent vandalism after the person in question told his YouTube audience to edit his Wikipedia page. This was years ago, and the attention on this particuar video has reduced significantly. This person fits the notability requirements, so with the previous point, I believe that keeping the page permanently deleted is in violation of the deletion policy.

I've created a draft on my sandbox, User:Panamitsu/sandbox/Jack Massey Welsh to demonstrate what the page about him could look like. Panamitsu (talk) 01:38, 26 July 2023 (UTC)

@Panamitsu: I'd much prefer to see this submitted through the formal process at AfC, just because of the number of times we had to delete this under numerous different titles and the consensus at the time that the article should be deleted. If it's accepted at AfC, I'll definitely be fine with removing the protection. stwalkerster (sock | talk) 08:29, 26 July 2023 (UTC)

@Stwalkersock How would I do it through AfC? I can't quite figure that one out due to the article being salted and not having permission to create the draft. Panamitsu (talk) 08:36, 26 July 2023 (UTC)

It's easiest just to add {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page in your sandbox and let the reviewers sort out the page title as needed stwalkerster (sock | talk) 08:38, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
