====[[A Thousand Falling Skies]]====
The article for this band was deleted by [[User:UtherSRG]] after being on <nowiki>{</nowiki>{[[Template:prod|prod]]}} for five days after there was no discussion. However, this band does meet one of [[WP:MUSIC]] requirements, and is notable because of it:
*''Contains at least one member who was once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable; note that it is often most appropriate to use redirects in place of articles on side projects, early bands and such.'' (Kevin Boutot is in [[The Acacia Strain]], Brendan Kane Duff is in [[Dry Kill Logic]] and was a member of [[100 Demons]] [[http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=4405032&blogID=47576326 source]]
It would also meet a second guideline, but only if it could be verified:
*''Has gone on an international concert tour, or a national concert tour in at least one large or medium-sized country, reported in notable and verifiable sources.'': (A Thousand Falling Skies have gone on tour with [[The Acacia Strain]] [[http://www.smnnews.com/board/archive/index.php/t-30457.html source]]; have also gone on a 2-month tour. [[http://www.stillbornrecords.com/bands/TFSbio.html source]])
:Here, I would just need to find a more and better verifiable source, rather than a forum post and the band's entry on a record label site. But because it can't be verified at the moment, it doesn't quite meet this guideline.
[[WP:MUSIC]] only says a musical act needs to meet at least one guideline. Because of the first guideline listed here, can the article be undeleted? --[[User:GVOLTT|GVOLTT]] 02:10, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
*Since this is a contested Prod, can someone restore and send to AfD? To GVOLTT, requests for Prods usually go here: [[Wikipedia:Deletion review#Proposed deletions]]. ~ [[User:Trialsanderrors|trialsanderrors]] 05:40, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
*Restored, anyone is welcome to AfD it if they want. --[[User:Samuel Blanning|Sam Blanning]][[User talk:Samuel Blanning|(talk)]] 09:48, 6 October 2006 (UTC)

Envirosax

I created this page because i came across this company and a bag selling site and i thought it was pretty cool so i wanted to put it on wikipedia. However, since i'm also a first time user, i repeatedly created, copied and pasted the article several times, also updating and re-saving it several times which wikipedia may have interpreted as spamming. I'm sorry about that but I'm a first time user so I wasn't sure on how to make a page, so i was experiementing. Could an administrator please unprotect and undelete that page? Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Envirosax (talkcontribs) 13:51, October 6, 2006 (UTC)

  • What, you just happened to stumble across a company which was so marvellous you chose it as your user name, created an article, and it was deleted as spam so you had to keep re-adding it and then eventually request page unprotection and deletion review when it was salted? And this is your only contribution to the project, too! How unlucky can you get. Endorse deletion obviously. Guy 15:01, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

StarCraft 2

I beleve this was deleted out of process. The reason was r1 (Redirects to non-existent pages). I beleve this is due to vandalism and Grandmasterka never checked the history. Maged123 04:29, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Um... Of course I checked the history. There were a grand total of three edits. The first created the redirect, the second was a link fix, the third was to add a speedy tag. Neither of the targets for this exists. Grandmasterka 04:37, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

VA-304

I don't understand why this was deleted:

17:53, 3 October 2006 Jaranda (Talk | contribs) deleted "VA-304" (2 red link diambig content was: ''''VA-304''' has the following meanings:*Attack Squadron 304 (U.S. Navy)*State Route 304 (Virginia){{dab}}' (and the only contributor was 'NE2'))

At Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/IncidentArchive139#Possible runaway bot I explained why I created this and similar disambiguation pages:

I did not know that I was doing anything wrong. I was creating disambiguation pages for the "VA-X" style, which can mean U.S. Navy attack squadrons or Virginia state highways. I then looked at "what links here" for each and disambiguated the links. Some of these disambiguated links were red links, and still are, but could have become incorrect blue links had someone written an article on the highway and redirected "VA-X" to "Virginia State Route X". Was I wrong to do this? --NE2 20:19, 3 October 2006 (UTC)

The question still stands. Was I wrong to do this? --NE2 03:27, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I restored it, but it's speedy tempting. Jaranda wat's sup 03:31, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    • How is it "speedy tempting"? Is there something wrong with my reasons? By the way, can someone remove the speedy tag from VA 304, since the reason for deletion no longer applies? --NE2 03:33, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
      • I don't quite get your argument, but I'd say that it's speediable under A6, as a dab page that leads nowhere. Are you planning to write those articles? ~ trialsanderrors 04:14, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
        • Yes, I plan to write articles for all primary Virginia state highways. I don't see how A6 applies, since a deletion would not be non-controversial. --NE2 04:37, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
