Mildly fails WP:UBCR point 2; userboxes must not be inflammatory or substantially divisive. The phrase "lesbian/gay/bisexual not queer" is used almost exclusively by trans exclusionary or anti-trans activists, typically to drive wedges within the LGBT+ community.
