Seems a clear cut duck. I'm only asking for a CU in case there are sleepers but I don't care that much either way. Editor is adding categories to articles nearly? always with underscores including sometimes sexual or gender orientation or identity related [1] [2] [3] and if not generally entertainment related [4] [5] [6], they've also done this when creating categories [7] [8]. Editor has also identified as coming from BC [9]. Their questions to the RD are generally entertainment related [10] [11] [12] or weird personal advice questions [13] (see also the question where they identified as coming from BC), one time relating to sexual orientation or identity [14]. All of these but particularly category stuff (which I believe are the reason for the ban) are hallmarks of previous Neptunekh socks, as established in previous checkusers.
