Ángel Ramiro Pulgar Araujo (born 7 February 1989 in Barquisimeto) is a Venezuelan track cyclist.[1] At the 2012 Summer Olympics, he competed in the Men's team sprint for the national team.[2] At the 2016 Summer Olympics, he competed in the team sprint and the men's keirin.[1]
