Opole Silesia or Opolian Silesia[1] (Polish: Śląsk Opolski, also known as Opolszczyzna), is a loosely defined region of Poland. It is a part of Silesia, and its main city is Opole. It comprises the central, southern, and eastern portions of Opole Voivodeship, as well as Racibórz.
