Žarko Serafimovski (Template:Lang-mk) (born 13 February 1971, in Skopje, SFR Yugoslavia) is a former football midfielder from the present-day Republic of Macedonia.

Serafimovski made his debut for the Republic of Macedonian national team in 1994, and got 34 caps and 3 goals in total. His last cap came in 2002.[1]
